When the aircraft returns to the base, it goes into winchester Manoeuvering to Refuel and there is a problem that it does not land over the base. This mainly happens when the squadron's Refuel ROE is set to Not Allow and returned, depending on the tactical situation.

In addition, even though a tanker capable of refueling is manually specified, it is automatically switched to another tanker.

For example, even though a group designated to manually refuel to the B Tanker when they go to refuel to the A Tanker, the B Tanker does not refuel and automatically switches to the A Tanker.

These problems occur in multiple scenarios, not just in specific scenarios (regardless of CWDB and DB3000!)
