I don't want too much internal drama

I don't like too much internal drama. Cabinet members are always hurling insults and attacks at each other, and I wish there was an option to dismiss the cabinet and all parties, otherwise the frequent drama exhausts me
I don't want the party and HR options to be decided entirely by the RNG, they should be more relevant to the player's current profile. Otherwise I'll just have to spend half an hour rerolling the dice, which is boring.
