[1328.18] APKWS IIA Unable To Fire

APKWS IIAs are unable to fire, even with an air-to-air laser targeting pod on the firing aircraft.

Hi gorillabond

You have added the wrong laserdesignator.
Add the hydra laser deignator and they will fire.

You can see the exact type in the DB under the APKWS entry.
