Artifacts on colony doesn’t show in selection panel and can’t be transfered

Up to now, I didn’t pay much attention to artifacts in my games. In my current one, I took a look and notice that all the artifacts listed as being on Thaneom 2 do not show in that planet’s selection panel. Nor can they be transfered (if I try to do so, there are no transfer options in the right-click menu).

The bonuses of these artifacts do not show anywhere except in CC’s Artifacts list. They don’t show on Thaneom 2’s selection panel, and the research bonuses do not show in CC’s Research Bonus Amounts list.

Don't know if it's relevant or not, but Thaneom 2 is a colony I took from a Gizurean empire, which I later annihilated completely.
