Naval for Italy, combined actions for Germany and Japan.
No naval air.
Germany moves their subs from Brest to the 3 and 4 boxes of Bay of Biscay. Japan moves a transport with HQ from Tokyo to Southern Siam. Move their transports and amphib from Northern China and load infantry from the coast in China Sea. Italy moves a CP into each mediterranean zone along with cruisers and and BBs into the 4 box of each zone. One transport take Balbo to Trieste. The transport in Trieste takes the engineer div and mechanized div to Damietta.
One ground strike which you can intercept. The Axis can counter with the fighters in the picture.
