Steam overlay and orig regime profiles suggestions

1) I suggest enabling Steam Overlay for the steam version so we can make use of a note feature that came late last year, and also players can view guides and discussions without having to alt-tab out of the game. Being able to use the steam notes means we can remind ourselves what we need to do next time we play or enable certain assets we might of mothballed or even stopped recruiting temporarily etc.

2) In Reports > Regime Profile Overview, below the current profile overview have an initial Regime Profile at the start of the game. Often we make choices and another profile overrides an original one and further along in the game or even having several different games in play it can be hard to remember what the original profiles were.
