My Standard SAMs cant shoot down AS-4 KItchens until very very close

My SM-2/3/6 missiles launched from my Aegis ships cannot engage those AS-4 Kitchens until within 5-15 Miles. It keeps saying "Automatic Fire is not Possible Out of DLZ range"

They are flying high at 74000 ft and 2300Kts at first so i an see why that will be an issue for SM2s. However when they start dropping altitude and speed, my SAMs still do not fire until too close to ship impact.

What am I doing Wrong?
WRA issue?
I have the SAMs set to 75% or max range for missiles.

Okay - I see it is a known issue as posted a few days before.
