[FIXED] 1328.18 CMO crashes when minimized and DB viewer open

HI All

I noticed that CMO tends to crash when the DB viewer is open and game minimized. The error below appears and gets the Red X over the globe.

Oddly nothing written to the CMO exception log. Although it does seem the graphic driver resets.
