Erroneous listings in CC’s Planetary Facilities with certain filters

With the “Wonders” filter active, the Holographic Network do not appear in the list. It has been built, and do show up with the “All” filter active. There might be other completed wonders that do not show, but the Holographic Network is one I've noticed.

The “Under Construction” filter, which would be very useful if it worked , seems completely out of whack! When it’s active:

* Many wonders that have been built (completed) show up in the list: Advanced Medicomplex, Advanced Shipyard, Energy Academy, High Speed Shipyard, and many more).
* Many ruins appear in the list (maybe all; I haven’t checked). appear in the list.
* Many facilities that have been built and completed do show in the list. For instance, the “Planetary Administration Complex” at Eggowooti.
