That was one of many map mods that the now departed (from this forum) chemkid did. Here's a link to a thread with some of his work anyway. Unfortunately, chemkid replaced all his comments with a "." so it reads kind of like a one-sided phone conservation. The download link is still there though.

I believe this dropbox file from DOCUP contains all chemkid's various maps. Topo, Yamato Damashii, etc.
