Game Crash to Desktop - First Round.

Hi Guys,

Just started a new game on the latest BETA. Game crashed on the first round when the AI way doing its turn. Reproduceable. I have attached my save file.

You are right, found a nasty typo at start turn calculations.
Will fix ASAP
