Flightplan editor Doctrine / WRA "Something whatever"

I am creating some empty flightplans under and manually populating them. The Doctrine / WRA for all waypoints defaults to an array of "not configured" parameters. In this state, what WRA will the airplanes use, a global one, WRA from some tab in the mission editor ?

It seems a little like this is just a placeholder feature. It seems i can load templates or set up manually with a lot of work for the various waypoints. But it stays as "Something, whatever" once its saved and there is no way to see which ones have been populated and which not, they all still say "Something, whatever".

What is the status of this from a development point of view in the flight editor. Do the airplanes follow this over the different mission waypoints or is this just a placeholder right now?
