Back to the SRA and the Chikuma....no joy here. Although the AAA is suppressed (not sure how long that lasts). What lousy weather. Our earlier torpedo hit didn't do much.

And the day is over....what a cluster #$%ck.

So, lessons learned. You can really screw the pooch on game mechanics, and still somehow come out ok...I think. ;)

Not pictured, fighting off several waves of bombers on some destroyers in Shanghai harbor with bleeding cap....plus a plethora of Allied fighter sweeps.

Aggressive forward attacks....like always. Followed up by other mad cap tactics, I am sure. :D

It isn't so bad: 2 CVE and TN plus two ASW patrolcraft and some PT boats, for Nagato and three Heavy Cruisers and maybe one or two CLs...plus destroyers.

This is war, things always go wonky. :D
