Aircraft Circling Until They Run Out of Fuel

Good morning - I'm currently on 1328.9 and am experiencing the following issue:

1 - Aircraft Status shows "RTB-Mission Over" immediately after taking off
2 - Aircraft Fire weapons and then circle endlessly until they run out of fuel.

I don't think there is any point reporting issues in old versions and builds. The devs might have already addressed that in one of the dozen of so updates since.

Yes, in my case in Build 1328.18
The problem appears after some time of play.

I don't know, I reverted back a couple of weeks ago because of other issues.

If you look at the update history in the draft updated manual, you'll see a bunch of fixes and tweaks to how waypoints are handled within flight plans post1328.9 to .18. I suspect that particular issue was addressed in one of those updates.

The risk of playing older versions without assessing what got fixed in later versions.

I wonder if it has to do with the mission. I'm having a lot of different air tasking issues. Like now I have a strike package that refuses to create a flight plan with no errors.

EDIT: The issue I was facing was because I made a air intercept package and gave it ground targets. That was my bad. Still, they take off circle until they run out of fuel and crash. They do follow manual tasking orders.
