1. Wow - that is an epic battle at Peiping! How are you supplying that many troops? Do you have the port at Tientsin?

2. You have hit a lot of tankers lately. Do you know if the Computer Japanese can get fuel for HI magically, like they get supply on difficulty Hard or higher?

1. Basically I cannot. :D My troops are suffering, I just hope IJA troops are suffering more... What I am doing is dumping supply to Singapore -> Hongkong and Canton. With Formosa in hands of Japan, I cannot sail more north.

2. I play on Hard level anyways, so I guess Japan has modicum of oil/fuel/supply. We know soon, since I bet game will end Jan 1, 1945.

Congratulations on your victory! Taking Peiping with its X100 points is no doubt what put you over the top. From your AARs the thing that struck me most was how much success US subs could have even with the defective torpedoes. It was a matter of being in the shipping lanes where lots of opportunities made up for the lack of booms! :P

I was going for 3:1 in 1944, but alas, didn't manage even when conquering all China. 2:1 auto-victory in Jan 1945 was granted anyway.

Might have to go for very costly Saipan and Tinian too next time, maybe.

80% dud rate of Mk 14 is bad...and Jan 1943 60% rate is not good either. Best time is indeed from September 1943 to end of the year, IJN ASW not too bad yet and 10% dud rate. But have to remember that Brit, Dutch and S-boats have good torpedoes from start.
