Resize American airgroup

Dear all

I have one American CVE with 2 air groups size 28.

I want to resize the fighter air group to 90.

I move the fighter air group to one of my CV in port in the east coast. I choose "resize to fit ship", and then disband the CV TF in port. Nothing happen! I wait several turns. Try again, but the air group size is always 28... I have enought fighter into the force pool to create a 90 size airgroup...

Any idea?

You can't re-size a replacement airgroup.
