[RESOLVED] The in-game map does not load.

Hi, I have a problem on a new laptop with W11 64bit, NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3050 6GB laptop (current drivers).
After turning on the game and running the scenario, the map does not load, this is the current STEAM version. I also tried the BETA version of LEGACY 32bit, the map works there. How to fix this please? Thanks

This is the problem that happened with W7 that was not supported anymore after the 64-bits/DirectX 10 update.

Strange that it is happening with W11. I would post the dxdiag file.

If the cause is other and due to some software running, post the exception log after selecting the box "Log debug information to file" in the General tab of the options.

The error is displayed, partly in your language of course.

Wait for a developer.

In the meantime make sure the game is trying to use the nVidia GPU not the Intel.

This is how to do it, just in case you do not know, example from another software.

Thanks for the reply. I have NVIDIA set up like this. I tried the integrated graphics and it works, but the performance is too low. So I'll wait for the developer. Thanks

Then I guess it is a problem with the nVidia drivers.

The drivers are up to date (even the previous version behaved the same way). I also tried uninstalling the drivers using DDU and installing them again. Earlier I noticed a similar error with the game "Warplan", there it was necessary to switch the game to FullScreen and the game started working, unfortunately it did not work with CMO. (Command.ini)

Have you manually disabled any of your GPUs?

The error message, translated, says: "The GPU device instance has been suspended. Use the GetDeviceRemovedReason parameter to find the appropriate action -- Scen : -- DB : -- Exception: The GPU device instance has been suspended. Use the GetDeviceRemovedReason parameter to find the appropriate action".

Have you tried reverting to an older driver version that worked previously?

Thanks a lot! It works! I disabled the use of the integrated graphics card in the BIOS (HP from hybrid to discrete), so W11 automatically started using NVIDIA exclusively.

What I don't understand is that the drivers or DX12 couldn't handle it, and the integrated graphics card had to be turned off hard.
