Axis have 7 points, use 4 to make it a sub combat and will use the remaining 3 points to increase damage done to the Allies.

Excellent damage control displayed by the German submariners
I'm sure the Allies would stay here but the German subs will dive here which will end combat. Will push your aborted CPs to Liverpool.

Rail Moves: Terauchi rails into Manchuria to try and salvage the retreat there.
Land Moves: Germany spends 5 land moves to move the Afrika Korps eastward into Transjordan and Palestine. Japan retreats in Manchuria and China. Italy moves units into Transjordan and consolidates units in Egypt as well as France. The Ethiopian territorial moves eastward while the Infantry corps in Eritrea moves one hex North.
The Japanese territorial moves out and attacks the Russian cavalry corps. Any support? No Japanese interceptors available.

Germany rebase two navs from Portugal to Western France. Two bombers relocate to Greece and a fighter from Egypt lands on an Italian island near the Greek islands. The Fokker relocates from Brest to another hex on the French West coast.
