This leader who loathes autocracy was jobless and factionless. The day after his appointment as advisor, he created a pro-autocracy faction... Is masochism a hidden function of this game?

That's hilarious! I think it'll mean that overtime he'll come to favor autocracy as his views shift to align with the faction.

He is not the founder, but he joined them to become their leader, probably due to his ambition level (he values power above ideology probably) and probably even more so because he was probably the only unaligned leader hanging around.

I agree this is is sort of fun, but might need some work at some point.
