[Build 1405 CIV]Selecting a parent folder no longer checks off all imports to be imported

I'd like to load all import files in a particular category but can't do it without selecting each checkbox individually. I'd like to do it from a root-level folder check box. It has worked this way in the past.

To replicate:
Load the game in edit mode and import a file from the editor drop-down.
Choose US middle-east
Check the parent US-Middle-East check box. Notice the child level Al Dhafra and Al Udeid checkboxes aren't checked off after you do that.
