[FIXED] Surface Contact appears and vanishes after a split second

I don't if the problem is related to mission #6 of The Silent Service or if it is a general issue therefore I post it here.
Every 25 s a surface contact appears just to vanish immediately (see attached clip). Usually there is a stale time of about an hour until contacts vanish.

I think this is related that contact unit is allied side and out of communication.

I don't think this gives the full explanation. The entire scenario felt weird on first play-on. The ship I've mentioned kept this behavior all the time even when I was shipping directly underneath it. Additionally I was seeing the US surface units all the time, even when I was 1000 ft deep and 100 nm away. The Spruance was driving donuts around one of my spy ships for hours.
The next time I'll try it again I'll make proper documentation of the issues I found (or what I think I've found) and open a thread in the DLC section. Until now I am not frustrated enough to go cheating in editor mode -first I wan't to beat it as it is.

The problem with the unsteady contact seems to be resolved. But from around 18:12:00 the Cosmos satellite starts spamming ground contacts even no satcom is established.
