Which should be used for attack the airfield?

BTW, what would be the impact to the game if the airfield is heavy damage?

Close support gives the better tactical numbers which is the primary factor in bombing airfields. Strategic bombing attributes are designed mostly to go after industry and production.

Naval Air is working also. I am using it in Warplan Pacific.
