[WAD][1328.18] SPY-6 EASR ABM Detection Problems (save file add)

I have a problem that SPY-6 EASR can't detect ballistic missiles. SPY-6 AMDR can detect normally, but it can't detect only EASR. It's a problem that occurred in version 1328.18 and there's no change in the DB, so I'm posting it to Tech support.

The following is my experiment with detecting DF-26 with SPY-6 AMDR, SPY-1D, SPY-3 & SPY-4, and SPY-6 EASR.

I experimented with DDG-125 Jack H Jucas, and SPY-6 AMDR detected DF-26D at 244 nm.

SPY-1D was detected at 171 nm.

SPY-3 & SPY-4 were detected at 244 nm (experimented with Gerald R Ford)

On the other hand, SPY-6 EASR was not detected.

We experimented with other units and we experimented with DB 505,495. Likewise, we didn't detect it, and I don't think this is a problem with DB.
