clone unit not working in build 1405

when selecting shift+c the unit is not cloned but just copied.

if save is needed let me know but it seems to be easily reproduced

I've found that it's also having issues with aircraft too. Sensors and, weapon mounts and weapons certainly aren't cloning. But I found that Comm Links did some of the time.
