[FIXED][B1405] - Aircraft armed with AIM-174B descend to surface level bug

I've noticed that any aircraft armed with the AIM-174B will descend down to surface/ground level prior to commencing an air-to-air engagement, at least on a CAP mission. This applies to both the F/A-18E/F Blk IIIs which are equipped with the weapon as per DB507, and to aircraft modded to carry them with LUA/Weapon Mounts.

In the attached first scen, there are x6 flights of AIM-174B equipped Super Hornets and x1 flight of JATM only equipped; only the JATM flt(Flight 3679) doesn't descend prior to combat.

In the attached second scen, a mixed force of stock F/A-18E/Fs with the AIM-174B and modded F-15EXs also with the missile all descend prior to combat; only the stock F-15EX flt with only JATMs and Sidewinders doesn't.

My theory is that having no Launch Altitude parameters specified could be the cause, but I'm not 100% sure. If this is a DB issue rather than a bug, please let me know and I'll submit a GitHub request.
