Spotted hosted units and lua

Is there a way to get spotted hosted units in contact report window via lua?

I’ve tried to figure that out before, but wasn’t able to find a solution. I think it’d be very helpful to target specific hangers, tarmac spaces, etc., that are known to contain aircraft rather than blindly attacking all of these, most of which may be empty
