Characters from Slave Races

If you enslave a race it should not provide Characters like Admirals, Scientist, sometimes even a Ruler. Mayby a fix to not allow Characters from enslaved races as long they enslaved?

Also i noticed that Gizurans go crazy numebrs of Admirals and Generals in War when they destroy Ships or Troop Transporters with Troops on them. You can easily get 10 or 20 new Generals and Admirals every war. You overflow with them like earlierdays with Spys.

Do you have a save showing large number of Gizurean Generals and Admirals? Ideally a save showing you generating them after combat.

Regarding enslaved races not generating characters - we'll consider this for future improvements.

not a save in this moment but i noticed that it happens always with the message: destroyed ship for admiral and destroyed Troop (on Transportship) for General. Its only with Gizurean as far i see that it happens. Must be their racial bonus with some other that make it a very high chance.

I have only a savegame after it, 45 Planets but 47 Admirals and 60 Generals (and that after many dismissed). Also the inspiring attribute is very common for gizureans or its the number of characters
