Bulk Air Directive Deletion/Re-arrangement

A box by each directive which when checked enables a bulk delete button would be very useful.

Since the order in which directives are resolved is determined in part by the order in which they are listed, the ability to drag each directive up or down the list would also be good.

Ease the ability to scroll through many AD (not necessarily of the same type) would also be nice.

This would certainly make life much easier when creating Air Directives, I know that you can alter the order in which they fly using "Priority", but still...
