Unsolicited Game in "My Games"

A challenge from user "sgtyork" appeared in "My Games", with the accompanying email that a challenge has started. But I did not participate in the making or accepting of this challenge. How does that happen?

I have occasionally clicked on a new challenge by accident and started a new game I wasn't expecting.

Is there a chance you could've done the same?

I just send the player a PM to apologise and quit the game.

I didn't think this was the case Pete. But I just did it again and I knew I did it. If I hit enter (by mistake) when the challenge screen comes up instead of the play button, and a game in the challenges box is not PW protected - you just joined. I will have to be not so excited when I start playing and start the right game!
