Looking for some assistance on DB unit information

The developers have done a great job helping those of us interested in scenario design make use of the tools available to have a wider variety of units from the initial release.

For example they now have given us the opportunity to place piers on area's that appear to be land in the limited graphics of the game but when you try and place a structure like a pier there, the game engine tells you that you can't because it is "water".

So they have now given us DB entries of piers that ( can be placed in water). This is an example of what I need help with.
I'm looking at DB #4121 - Structure (Pier {Extra Large (200 - 500m) x4}) (Generic-0)

These type of DB entries for Piers that can be placed in water, and possibly the other pier entries, as well - I didn't look, have x1, x2, and x 4 variations and I am curious what those designate.

It is docking space related.

For example the Very large x 4 has a docking space of 800.

The Very large x 1 is 200.

You will see it in the Boat operations window.

Perhaps there is something else I am missing, the small have 0 capacity but still there are x1 x2 and x4 versions.

This appears to be a DB issue with the small piers. I've done a very quick check of the other pier sizes and they appear to look ok.
