Based on your general approach to this and admitted lack of understanding of how patrols work. I'm hesitant to agree with you.

You did and I thank you. Those are the options I'm pndering except for anything Steam. I wanted to avoid a new install if posible but but it appears I can't

I have now uninstalled the game. One last question is the official v1.05.1307 currently available stable or are all the problem relates to the patch.
