[FIXED]Add Sensor keyword search is now case sensitive

When using the keyword search to add a new sensor to a unit, the search is now case sensitive after the new beta update. This search has always been case insensitive in the past, and every other keyword search feature in the program is case insensitive. This is also inconvenient when the database capitalization of a certain sensor is not immediately known.

Example: Searching "rwr" gives no results for RWR sensors but searching "RWR" does.

I've also checked the search features on Add Mount, Add Weapon Record, Add Comms, Add Magazine, Edit Cargo, Edit Aircraft, Edit Boats, Insert Unit, and the Database Viewer. All of these are working as expected.

This was set by error, it's already fixed for the next release, sorry for the inconvenience.
