[FIXED] Ships RTB (Bingo) with Full Supply of Fuel

This appears to be a new bug. A ship assigned to a mission will immediately RTB upon starting the scenario (if it is assigned to a home port.)

If I change the Withdraw & Redeploy setting for FUEL to anything other than BINGO, the ship will perform as desired.

It seems there is something wrong with the BINGO setting.

This is probably related to my issue I posted as "Ships Heading to Refuel for No Reason".

Though in my case it's not all my ships, just most and they're all manually plotted.
