How about if the Nationalists and Japan worked things out? Both going after Mao but then Japan attacking the USSR as well? Think of the Chinese hordes going after the USSR!
Seek peace but keep your gun handy.

I'm not a complete idiot, some parts are missing! :o

China and the USSR are both removed completely from the game.

Map overview

Strategic Map at game start

This is roughly what the map will look like at the start. Except the subs around PH will not be there.

I am doing little bits of work on it as and when I have the time and motivation. My mistake previously was to intensely rush it, which just lead to burn-out.

Building a mod is really the LONG haul. I've been working on mine for over 15 years now. Just finishing up a game that has gone into early '44. I have 3 pages of notes of "fixes" or "updates" to put in. A lot of ideas work fine in the early war, but later ... not so much. You can't really know until you run the game long enough. And then, not every game will exercise everything the same way, because, you know, each game plays out differently .... quite differently.

So, pace yourself. Don't try and do it all at once. Play the game and just take notes. Don't stop as soon as you find your first oops ... keep going, because I assure you there are more and you may as well fix 5 as just fix 1.
