OK I haven't been fiddling with the editor in a while and I cannot seem to find the information through a search; ergo pardon if this is a stupid question.

So if one was building a base from where you want to operate Cargo missions from in a scenario, how do you add cargo to the base. I have tried adding a variety of units (bunkers, buildings, etc.) but when I go to the "Edit Cargo" screen the editor tells me I must select a unit capable of holding cargo. What facilities are capable of holding cargo? Is there a button I need to click or something or am I just not picking the right units?

I've been doing a cargo scenario and have much of it figured out, but not all. I have word doc that covers a lot re: cargo if you like.
Regarding your issue, it appears you are trying to add cargo to a base/port, but it must be added to a sub unit of the the base/port, so hit "V" or "ungroup" view and select a building or hangar or ammo dump... etc that is part of your base/port. Then you should be able to add CARGO. Don't forget to add CONTAINERS if you wish to move munitions.
If using a single unit base/port, it's easier.
