Good catch. As I calculate it the Allies should have 4 points at Brest.

I've redone the port strike from the auto-save and it seems like it is a bug. I'll just continue and let two points remain unused at Brest.

Yea, pretty sure there's a bug like this when more than one port stike is occuring.

No, no. It was never a house rule. I was pondering on whether it should be added for the future, or not. I know I have put aborts in port strike on damaged ships as well.
