Problems with air wings

After the game with the latest update (v1.06.1328.18) found the following problems:
1. Fighters immediately after takeoff and the aircraft carrier turn on RTB return mode and have to forcibly cancel these settings during takeoff.
2. Fighters, at will, target the target and go to it a long distance. Sometimes even cancellation commands don't help.
3. Refueling in the air is generally a separate paragraph. There is no way to describe the inadequacy of air wings. If there is permission to refuel in the air in doctrines, then they are ready to fly to another continent, and not back to their airfield. You have to simply prohibit refueling in the air in the settings.

I think you mean 1436 CIV as the version on Steam.

Item 3 in the OP is still definitely an issue in Build 1436 CIV, at least with AAW patrols. If you set up an AAW patrol that uses the refueling defaults in most scenarios (refueling allowed, default settings in Tanker Planner), mission aircraft will frequently head for a distant airborne tanker to refuel while ignoring their far closer home base. Depending on distance to the tanker, the mission aircraft may either do an emergency rebase or crash after running out of fuel. A specific example of this behavior using 1436 CIV was posted recently in the beta channels on Discord.
