Win 10 Fix - possible alternative fix

Following the Win 10 install instructions for WPO it would load fullscreen with the edges left and bottom cut off. My desktop resolution is 1440p with 125% dpi for fonts and text so the icons and text on my desktop are bigger. I assumed this was my issue and after using all the switches from WiTP and compatability options and had no luck other than getting it to run in a small window on my desktop.

I just used two things -deepColor switch and in Compatibility tab of shortcut select at the bottom "Change High DPI Settings" and select High DPI Scaling Override "Scaling performed by APPLICATION"

This worked for running it fullscreen original resolution.

I assume others running higher resolutions have also increased their desktop font and icon dpi and this will work for them.
