Freeze During 12th Air Force Planning

Playing the AXIS grand campaign and had a freeze/crash occur. Day was normal, however when ending my turn phase to start the day, the game froze at the "12th Air Force Planning Air Missions" step. I waited about 10 minutes before Task Manager killing the game.

Whatever the bug is, it seems to be game ending as it happens every time I attempt to end my turn and I can no longer progress the game.

This issue has been resolved insofar as I can't get it to repeat. If it comes up again let me know.
