Upgrade of CV in battle summary to 6 figures?

I am getting back into the game now that the final patch is out.

Why do some battle summaries show final CVs into the 5 and 6 figures; not all. I realize the last 3 are to be truncated. What was the point of this change that I am missing?

Usually you see this in battles which end wth enemy CV at 0 (or close to 0) afaik.

I'd guess there is some calculation which uses finalCV and Leader Stats to manipulate/compare both sides for the actual finalCV shown. If one ends with 0 the Calculation I'd assume gives weird results.

Thanks. I was probably recalling something in the manual as calculations being carried out to so many decimal places, and not simply on integers.
