[FIXED] Hidden Reference Points Becoming Visible after Reload

Good Evening.

Build: 1463 CIV
DB: DB3K_508

After hiding the visibility of reference point using Exclusion Zone editor upon reloading the game the reference points are visible again. I have included a save, when i made it the reference points were hidden, just load to see them reappear, they are around Kaliningrad.
