Editor help

It's been a while since I last made a scenario - going back to CMANO.

Anyway, dusting off my two that I had built, I see that the images appear in the Editor when I am putting them together, but not in the actual play.

Is there some new rule that we have to put in the HREF? Do the images have to be web-based, or can I not have them on my PC for local use?
