I don't exactly know what's happened but the message suggested me to go to the tech priest forum, so yea, I hope this helps.

It's on Maria & Victoria 1982 standalone scenario

Think I've fixed it. Updated scenario will be included in a future update. Looks like aircraft where missing from the script.
