Suggestion: Feats Filter for Leader MNG

It would be handy to be able to have a filter when listing leaders based on any Feat they might have. Either have a new category Feats and then selecting sub-category feat you want to filter OR simply add 'Feats' as a keyword in the Job Type or Key Info list so it will list all leaders with any feat.

One benefit of this could be with the Oceania DLC, the MTH Alliance review decision where they want you to put some of their leaders in key positions. If you could filter Feats and then you can quickly see which ones have the feat MTH Leader.

Another idea is having a search bar at the top next to the reset button and start typing a keyword feat or skill like "MTH" or "Medical" (it could be coded to match the first 3 letters of the word so you can use abbrevs) and it will list all Leaders with a medical stat above 0. Maybe even the search function could handle a parameter eg. ops 20, and it will list Covert Ops with total of 20 or above. Type War and it will list highest to lowest. I know we can do that via the side bar. But it could be quicker with a search bar to narrow down what you are looking for.
