How to Copy a Landing Ship Including Its Onboard Units?

In my scenario, there is a landing ship that has other ready-to-use units onboard, such as ships and helicopters. I want to copy this unit, especially including the usable units it carries.

When I use the built-in unit copy shortcut key C in CMO, it only copies the landing ship itself and not the carried ships or aircraft (which are all loaded as cargo). Is there any LUA script or other operation that can solve this problem and allow me to copy the landing ship along with all its onboard units?

Does clone work better?

You could also build the unit and export/import I think.
