Looking for an intermediate opponent (CLOSED)

Hello, I only have a little experience in multipayer (3 games) and I'me looking for an non-badass opponent. No matter the side.

Standard ELO rules. 39 scenario.
No Italian naval units outside Med till DOW/No early Allied DOW on Japan/no diplo major, bulgaria and DEI/no barba before 41/no exp farm
