[FIXED] ASW Mortar doesn't shoot

The ASW Mortar doesn't shoot the sub because of no available control or directors, even though the sonar is operative. I can't figure out if it's a software or DB issue. The type 170 detects the sub, the DB Viewer doesn't show further constraints or at least I can't find any.
