[WAD][1483] Mid course guidance problem

When a missile like Harpoon is launched, it's either launched with the Seeker on from the beginning or the course isn't updated in the middle, so I'm having trouble hitting another ship.

The harpoon doesn't get mid-course updates, and I'm not seeing the seeker activate on launch. You can plot waypoints for the missile manually by using the manual attack function to get a bit more control over it though

Only the latest Harpoon block II+ gets mid course updates.
