Transport and Landing Craft

I want to add Transport and Landing Craft in the stockpile to ensure AI invasion takes place.
How do I do it?

You can do it in the Editor under the country.

Or you could add it in the events file to be an AI event only on a specific date.
There are already examples of adding Landing Craft in the event file, AI only...I have seen it.
