If possible what is the best option to run CMO on a M Series Mac?

I am currently using bootcamp to run CMO on my MacBook Pro.

Is it possible to run CMO on a M series Mac Mini using Parallels or another emulator?

I am considering purchasing a M4 Pro, would the 24 GB of memory be sufficient or would the 48GB be a better option?

Or would a PC with an AMD or Intel processor be the better performance option, even a premium laptop processor, although my preference would be to use a Mac Mini even if it is the more expensive option?

I’m running it on Parallels on my ARM Mac. Runs reasonably fast and very few problems.

I run it using Parallels on a M2 MacBook Pro. It runs fine. I've not had any issues at all. I have run it previously on two different Intel based MBPs as well.

I currently run 1.07 in Steam in Parallels.

Will probably purchase a Mac Mini Pro and see how the game performs.
